You could definitely make things like that more challenging something that someone along you could test yourself by listening to it on on double speed yeah for sure. Yeah a lot of them have like the Kindle edition available as well that you can follow along that's true actually I haven't thought about that because I usually play audio books at double speed so yeah there is I yeah well you could do that as wellYeah, find something that will really help you on the days when you think oh can't be bothered with this you know if you're already interested then that will kind of drive you on a bit to keep going with it.
