The first step is to identify a problem, the second is to produce solution ideas. The third and final step is to develop an action plan for solving that problem. To get everyone involved in the ideation process, we use techniques such as dot voting or sketching on A4 paper. We like trying to find ways of diverging to get new ideas without being too heavily influenced by a single concept.
