Combining Hormonal Contraception and Ostrogen

The addition of ostrogen allows some ability to produce a consistent, regular bleeding pattern. The small amount of estrogen actually produces a more stable and dmetr and reduces break through bleeding. But if somebody has an estrigen contra indication, all of those methods are off the table.
