Real estate is a little, i is definitely connected interstrates. So if it were directly correlated, every time intrest rateis moved up, prices would just crash. Business and investing come down to earnings. And in the long run, i'm buying it like buffet does. I'm buying it for 20 year time. But in the short run, you've got to make financing decisions, capital decisions that make sense.
