Tailoring is a big piece of it so understanding like what they are struggling with or how do you tailor that demo if you've only had you know that initial call. So then it becomes just a conversation and this bringing like genuine curiosity to that conversation which so about tailoring the demo. I think this is such a fun skill to have that like I have this wealth of knowledge to share but I cannot tell them everything they don't need to know everything some of it's completely irrelevant.
