Is COP 27 an Example of Greenwashing?

Greta Tumburg, the very famous young Swedish climate activist, is going to skip the COP 27 climate conference in Egypt. She thinks it's an example of greenwashing - a marketing approach that basically makes it look like an organization is helping the planet. But actually they are not taking it seriously and just want people to think they are.
