This is what we are doing is practising embodiment. And if you can feel their arms, perhaps you can also feel your feet. As i begin to feel that, and everybody who's with us around the world feels that, then what this means? This keeps you in the present moment and keeps you present. It takes you out of ego, because the ego lives in your thought processes. Consists of thought processes. So the moment you enter the inner aliveness of the body, you sense, there is a sense of self that is deeper than thinking you are. That aliveness that you feel you are, that alive presence. For most people, it's a very mixed story.
