A lot of the dishes that we did are now very commonplace in New York City. But ultimately, we could have done better for sure. I remember getting that and just being gutted. There was no way that would happen in real life. In America, it's all about being anonymous. So that there is just no way you could explain that to an audience that has no idea about food and understanding criticism.
