The Importance of Eldership in Local Churches

There's so much language in the New Testament about just ways to deal with practicing that within the local church. A qualified body of elders is meant to do according to Titus 1-9, he says. And those things are to be practiced underneath that authority structure. If you're not submitting yourself to eldership in that way, you are rolling the dice on if you're actually going to engage with true, rich, biblical joy because that's the role of an elder.
