Reawaken the Senses

At some point you'll notice that you've left this flow of aliveness and awareness and gone into a thought form about the future or the past, some commentary. When you notice it's an invitation to re relax back into this living reality. Reawaken the senses, the sounds that are happening this moment. You know, the sensations that are happening in the body. Really relax with them. Let go into them. There's a mood o strong emotion, a deep way shaing, yes, an opening to that. And once back right here, just sensing how much you can restletting go, surrendering into this changing flow. Ntrust yourself to the waves.
