The Volume Recommendation for Sepsis Fluid Overload
There's been a lot of criticism for trying make patients set into a one sized setza model by requiring at least 30 mills per kebl of fluid as a fixed volume. One of the biggest arguments is that overloading patients with fluid can actually cause harm. More data is needed to determine how much fluid should be given in the initial subces or suffication phase.
