Biden's Presidency Was a Prime Time Address

Donna Brazile: The speech was aimed at making the case for a Biden presidency. She says he tried to spin aspects of the economy, which obviously people are not good with inflation and all those things. Brazile: He also talked, as Nathaniel mentioned, about inflation coming down. But I think going into his 2024 bid, this was very much Biden building the case for why he should run again.
