There isn't really now a health reason to switch to alternative plant milks. They're not better for you then from your perspective, Tim. It's been interesting because obviously in my previous life, I did a while to work in osteoporosis. And there was a huge belief that calcium and milk were crucial for bone health. That evidence has really disappeared in the last 10 years so that there's all those early studies have been disputed. But if you like it, have a bit of it, but really for the planet, we should be drinking less of it.
