Daniel Penny is charged with second degree manslaughter in the chokehold death of Jordan Neely, a New York Times writer. The case has sparked discussion about how to deal with people who threaten you on the subway and bus. CNN's John Defterios says he doesn't know if there will be a trial or not. He thinks DA Bragg may have been thinking he was appeasing the mob that wants Penny's head by charging him this way.
