Is It Just Because of Yoga That You Get Out of Pain?
I think my journey is really unique and I want to help people make it a lot shorter than mine was because it took over a decade for me to figure this all out. Once I felt better in my body, once the pain was down, once I knew how to manage my body,. I was just much more aware. And with that, I think a consistent yoga practice or a meditation practice creates the opportunity for us to be just more aware of our physical body," she said.
