What Is Mental Toughness?
Mental toughness is accepting that sometimes things are not going to go our way. It means aing with the fact that sometimes things will not go the way you want them to go, but continually to show up. People call it grit, or perseverance, or stictuitiveness, or resilience. In this sense, they all mean the exact same thing. Just keep going even when things aren't working.
