How to Set Context and Clarify What Type of Feedback You're Looking For

If a group is large enough, you'll have people like me who would rather just kind of work quietly and not show something until it's done. I think that would work well as a forcing function to make sure that the people who would probably share too often aren't hogging the stage. This process has been helpful in levelling up the team's presentation and feedback giving skills. But i've found that more senior designers are pretty good at self moderating when someone starts to give them feedback they aren't looking for.
