The Importance of Intuitive Eating

Intuitive eating isn't about weight loss. In fact, many people who engage in the practices will gain weight at first at least. We were meant to move our bodies and so when exercise seems punitive, well, that just won't be something that will sustain or will be totally miserable if we do continue doing it. I get to hear from dozens of folks how they feel during and right after their walks or whatever movement they're engaging in.
