The Importance of Neurodiversity
Oftentimes, people who are neurodivergent in this area are struggle in recognizing kind of social cues. Oftentimes they develop a lot of rules unconscious or conscious rules about how things operate and they follow those rules. And so it's just a way of helping them navigate the world and make sense out of it and survive. Other importance is to in and I've really noticed this a lot is that a lot of therapists can kind of do this thing where they are like over excited to diagnose somebody as autistic when they just struggle with social cues or can't do emotions. It's really not an appropriate title.
