Vicki Hollab is the CEO of Occidental Petroleum. The company bought Anadarka, which had some choice over West Texas shale deposits. Carl Icahn launched an activist campaign and that briefly crashed the oil market. Vicki's next big investment is an enormous facility for capturing carbon from the air.
