Product Manager - What's the Difference Between CIO and CTO?

As a c i o, you don't really have a p and l responsibility. As a product manager in i commercial solfor company, you do. And that has tremendous locations. I not only hold the responsibility for revenue, but also cost. How much does it cost to go in buil this new feature? How much revenue re going to get based on that new feature? What's that kind of cost benefit analysis? Does it really make sense to go do this?"
