The Balance Scorecard Approach to Agile Development

i was lucky to work with a couple of companies here in boulder that were trying to y aduil concepts to the way they conceived and executed strategy. And somewhere along there, i discovered ok rs. And i thought, ok, this is it. Because what really appealed to me wasn't just an abstract goal setting, goal management system. It had this human element that i actually didn't find in balanced scor carts so much. That kind of really it talked about you really need to have a lot of psychological safety and openness and really good conversations in order to make this work.
