The Fed is using the language of skip rather than pause. It doesn't really matter if they hike in June versus July as long as they keep financial conditions from easing significantly, he says. The labor market and wages are going to be the key drivers of the Fed feeling more comfortable that they're actually on a track to 2% inflation.
