"I'm for this destigmatizing of atheism. And I think my feeling on the best way we can try to do it based on some of the stuff that I've looked at studies and things," he says. "If we're going to have a convention and you're showing up hoping that the convention espouses your bigoted views, it doesn't matter to me whether or not you're an atheist."
