Eddie gallagher was tried in a military court martial by a military panel. The jurors were all mal and nearly all of them had combat experience so they're really his peers. One of the jur s, in fact, was a navy seal who lied on the stand saying he didn't know eddy gallagher. He later told other seals that he had donated to eddy's defense fund.
