If you're not productive, it's a wind for the company and a loss for you. High performing people though, just do not like that happen,. Oh, they don't want it. They dont want that yet. So i think we will see. It's a wind, wind on both sides. If you're done at noon, like, awesome. Like, go have fun, ole play with your kidsrgt, i don't care. But, like, don't manufacture work. One then bealles a son tas piling up, yell like a hello. Exactly.

Before, power was a function of the organizational structure or buildings, now it's a function of ability or what you do, because it's much easier to show usefulness.
