Is Education Evolving?

The double reduction policy came into play last year or the year before. How it has teaching, especially as it relates to foreigners, evolving now? Anytime that you have a very oversaturated market, the quality is going to vary drastically. I like the fact that they are pivoting more towards dance and arts and music.
