What Do You Think Are the Lessons From the Kellog Strike?

Kellogs has brought in scabs to get the plant up and running again. So kellogs is forcing the unions into a bind, really, because they're going to lose their own contracts at kellog's. I'm wondering what do you think are kind of the lessons that should be taken from what's happened so far for the broader labor movement?
