i'm a big proponent of time restricted eating. It's something i do in my life. And sometimes it makes you feel really good, and other times you don't feel like ship. I think we so readily compartmentalize our life that that we can often miss them. If you're not able to perform as well as you are at the gim as you did last week, then maybe that's a cue to let you know, oh, what else is going on in your life?
