I think representative learning design underpins pretty much everything. If you're designing effective sessions and you're working to fulfill the principles that make up representative in design, I think the knock on effect is pretty vast. You end up with much more engaged people rather than me as the fontable knowledge at the front of the room. People actually engage, they work and have a sense of self as they're doing it. So, yeah, I think code design, very, very good.
