Is There a Problem With Fine Tuning?

There may be aspects of our universe that, if they were different, we would still consider to be fine tuned. Atheists are quite good at finding things against theism, like the problem of evil. So i you'd have to explicitly say what those features are that are supposedly count against the theism. And why should theist have to search for those? Let the atheists do that.
