Russia Co-Operated in Iran Implementing the Agreement
i think it would have to come to france and the u.K, in particular, who have large nuclear establishments, to pick up that roll,. whether russia would co operate or not is unclear. Another unfortunate consequence of the 20 18 decision was to push iran more into the arms, if you like, of both russia and china. That might be the reason why russia could still co operate in helping iran implement the agreement Ifwe, if we go back into it.
