There's a lot of pent up energy here in the sense of capital and entrepreneurial potential. So if you are able to capture some of that pent up energy by saying, "Hey, it's a 24 hour turnaround time for approval," there'll be more people doing that way. In American cities, in particular, we're permitting it is such a difficult problem to get through just being able to build things more quickly would be very, very helpful.
