How Do Human Behaviors Affect Organizations?

So you are a pre-hire tool for say selection and understanding who you're vetting essentially. And what we are looking at is the behavior that the people bringing to the table and then putting it into comparison to what's needed for the company. How do humans behave in organizations with other humans interacting with other people? That was quite interesting and fascinating because obviously there are some elements to it which might be universal or unique.
