10 years ago, it was assumed in neuroscience that you had to have emotion to make a decision. But if you're on the cutting edge of neuroeconomics, or affective science, you know that feelings and emotions are germane to performance, judgment, decision making, perception. And so then after there started to be interest in this, and it has emotion really work and a risk decision, I'm really an academic at heart, actually.
