The Order of Things and the Archaeology of Knowledge

There's a lot of continuity between history of madness and through to discipline and punishment. And even, even the order of things, there are themes in that book that Foucault explicitly politicises in late 60s. So he returns to early material and rereads it with new lenses and so on. But quietly and on in the book, you say, actually, he's quite wide-ranging, no matter what sort of period we're talking about.
