Organic vs Non-Organic?

For traditional nutrients, like vitamins and minerals, there's actually no benefit from organic versus conventional across the board on average. But for the kind of non-traditional nutrients, like phenolics and some of these phytonutrients, they do have significantly more in the organic versus conventional. The bottom line is that choose organic whenever you can, but we should never let fear of pesticides limit our consumption of as many fruits as possible.
