The Leader Sets the Tone, Right?
The leader really does set the tone, don't they? Mat absolutely. I think you mimic what you feel and you and also, a leader is modelling what success looks like here. And i would expect that to happen in these schools,. Absolutelyi what we saw was, not only did it go ripple down from the instructionl leaders to the teachers, but it's changing the way the teachers are working with kids. We've had one more round of our organizational health surveyso we're looking at how people are feeling about their work environment.
