The Importance of Black Women in High Church Leadership
Harada: I can see why some people would have problems if the resemblance of the people of the person of color that they're putting on as an apostle is, for example, like Candace Owens. "It doesn't really feel worthy of celebration to have a black person being a figurehead for a racist organization," she says. Harada: Putting a woman in a position of power only is meaningful if the woman is really looking out for and representing her constituency.
