The Importance of Optimism in the Bay Area

Once you get a certain percentage of people that are optimistic it does seem like everybody else gets optimistic and that is where San Francisco was in 2008 15 years ago. I think part of it one of the things that causes people to be a little bit more pessimistic is actually cost of living rising dramatically. It's hard to be optimistic if you know you're struggling to live a good life and you know be happy, he says.
