How to Use a Teleporter in Hell

Derek and Doug have been doing speedruns for edg2q in the past. This week they ran through hell on a big money run where you get 500k gold as a speedrun and finish llama. It's rare that either of them can actually use a teleporter in hell which seems really funny to me. The box crab at the end is also something I was wondering how much that was planned because there are two kind of minitours that surround you.
