I think I realized a few years back that a lot of people feel like social media is out of their control. But actually, there are so many things you can control. The moment I unfollowed them, I stopped seeing them on my feet and I stopped worrying about this comparison. People oftentimes realize that the algorithm is so reactive. So for me, one of the things that I also do encourage people to do is curate.
