STI Screening for a Gonorrhic Chlamydia

The patient has burning and discharge at the urethral meatus. He tells you that he's had five sexual partners this year, three male, two female. On exam, you confirm and do note some urethral discharge. And so I thought I would from here see kind of how you would work up and counsel plus or minus potentially treat this patient in the office.
