The Relationship Between Energy and Effort

Dharma practices our life, and what we're undertaking is a tremendous journey. Effort becomes unskillful when there's a forcing of the mind. We're being with experience but wanting something to happen. That's not skillful. I'm going to tell you a very sad story about an experience I had in practice. It goes back many years to my years of practice in India.
