The Do-No Harm and the Take-No Shift
Meditation is always done together. Strong back, soft belly and heart, open palm, and the fearlessness gesture. What happens when you are both fearless yet open to the other? You are safe to be sensitive and caring because you're also sturdy and protected. And you can flex that strength because your empathy will keep you from overreaching. We fall apart. We don't know who we are. We can't help others. We cannot help ourselves.
