There is a symmetry of information. Nobody knows what the guy above him in the food chain is really charging. And this is a huge problem. Other booking agents will ace more than the commissioner. No wonder that's just so fascinating. To me, like the state as the supposed stationary bandit, but not managing to be the er stationary bandit efficiently enough. So all of these little other roving bandits becoming stationary therefore. Awhile, i'll come back to the corruption angle of it, because that's so fascinating. But first, you know, to go back to er the way ther the trucking economy is structured.
