Is There a Difference Between Office and Technicians?

As a kid, my parents kept me away from the technicians. I'm now completely ingrained with them every day. They have more ideas about how to fix a business than I'll ever have. And that's something I'm trying to ingrain in the organization. There used to be a wall at the back where technicians weren't allowed to come in the office for whatever reason. That has been broken down and it really doesn't need to be that separation from office versus technicians that way.
