The Clinton Policy Legacy

Bill Clinton embraced the idea that government needed to get smaller. In other ways, though, he ends up making a case among liberals for bigger government. He was trying to be this triangulator of Reaganism and Johnsonism; you don't see right now happening anywhere in politics.
