New York City's COVID-Induced Quarantine

New York City wanted to curb social isolation among older New Yorkers in the wake of COVID-induced quarantine and isolation. As a UX researcher, I conducted moderated usability tests on an online service finder that was created by DIFTA. When conducting usability testing with the older adults, they were excited about the online tool but also able to contextualize it within their own lives.
