When completing something, do you dwell on what went wrong rather than what went well? 95% of you said, yeah. And only 5% ofyou said no. So you all concentrate on the negative positive positive. Once you've actually accomplished something as well, it's not just talking about worrying about something that's going to happen. All you can think about is what potentially went wrong or what you could have done better. That really resonates with me because I do exactly the same. It's like a self-sabotage thing,. You're just picking it yourself and picking away and pick away and picking away.
